I always seem to get super giddy when I know I have an order of Fade To Black hanging out in my mailbox. My kids also know excited I get and are always sure to let me know it had arrived as soon as I get in the door. They always want to get the aromatic rush from the dark, oily beans after the bag has been hurriedly (and carefully) ripped open. Of course my kids are only 10, but they understand how I feel about this coffee. I love and appreciate that they are part of the FTB experience with me! If coffee can bring about those feelings, it must be the best on the planet.

The search is over. Honestly, im a dark coffee guy. No chocolate though. Chocolate should be sweet is a firm belief of mine. The roaster(s) at RiverMoon however has figured how to blend chocolate with coffee to perfection. A very intentional coffee that is made with a true caring for the company’s patrons.

The bittersweet chocolate comes off as a subtle compliment to the already dark flavorful beans. The finishing touch i suppose. Truly the best coffee on the planet.

The best part is that I am able to buy a high quality product from a family owned company whose heart goes into their work. It shows true each time i enjoy a cup. Which is often I may add! Ha!

REALLY DARK, RICH in Flavor & CONSISTENTLY Makes a GREAT Cup!

I’ve been buying Fade to Black whole bean coffee for over 4 years now. Ever since discovering this coffee from River Moon Coffee there’s been no turning back. The beans are consistently roasted to make for a great cup of coffee with rich notes of earthiness , dark chocolate and much more.I’ve tried many other brands of dark coffee over the years and have generally been disappointed either by lack of freshness, not being a dark enough roast or not rich enough to make a truly great cup of coffee. With Fade to Black, this rich dark coffee won’t disappoint.I use the Aeropress method to brew my coffee and usually make it iced. Absolutely delicious results every time. Best Coffee EVER!

Since I have been drinking this coffee I have not had heartburn or acid reflux. If I drink it late at night it does not keep me awake unable to sleep, tossing and turning.
