Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your coffee. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed bags. Opened bags are not eligible for return, but we'll work with you on a replacement or credit if something isn't to your taste.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll provide a prepaid return label.
