RM is closely monitoring world events as news of the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold daily. There is no denying that these are uncertain times. We want to share with you the procedures we have put in place as a business to uphold safety precautions throughout all steps of our production and retail process to ensure quality and continuity of operations.
In the roastery, extensive cleaning protocols are in place, including requiring frequent hand-washing, using personal protective equipment, distancing from customers, sanitizing all incoming packages before they enter the building and cleaning high-touch-point items frequently.
On the customer-facing front, we encourage placing your order online or picking up a bag at a local grocery store as you are able, keeping with the social distancing guidelines upheld by the CDC. Our goal right now is to continue operations wherever practicable and safe, and to look out for the health of our staff and our community. We sincerely value your continued support.
We will continue to be both proactive and communicative as things change day-to-day and will make any adjustments as needed for the health and safety of our world. We sincerely appreciate efforts taken as a community to look out for one another and stay aware during these times of changeability.
